My levels are all good although I have some green algae on the rocks which seems to glow bright in the actinic and some dark colored furry algae on some of the other rock work.Do I need to get rid of this before I add anything? What is good to add to the tank first? and Should I do my first change on my canister filter yet before or after adding life?PLEASE HELP

Algae growthis good and normal as long as you keep it under control. Put in some snails to eat the algae and start the nitrogen cycle. After a couple of weeks you can add some fish :)
