is there any easy way that i can check topics that i posted.without having to go through all the ones that i didnt?

Pick a word or topic that is important in your threads and use the search feature.

Not sure if I understand totally what you want to do, but if you click on the Reef Frontiers banner on the top left side of the page, it will take you to the main page where you will have the list of active members online on the right hand side of the screen. Find your name, click on it and it will take you to your user profile page where you will have an option on the left side of the screen to either view all of the posts you made or view all of threads you started . The page will look like this

If you use the advanced posting option, you can also subscribe the threads that you want to keep track of. Then you have the option of being notified by email when that particular thread is responded to.
