Greetings from Anchorage,
I'm ready to rock and roll and start building up my fish room! Finally after years of dreamin. Anyway, I just got quoted $320 for a 4x8 sheet of 1/4" acrylic. I'm thinking It might be quite a bit cheaper to search around the SEA area for my supplies. I could have stock rough cut to approximate dimensions and then ship it home on ASA. Can anyone give me a rough idea of the cost and supplier of 4 x 8 x1/4" and 4 x 8 x 1/2" stock around SEA? I'm looking at supporting my new (kind of rr) Tenecor FBX 320g. So, 100g sump, 60g dsb/lr fuge, 60g bb(or maybe mud) fuge w/algae, 60g ro/do holding tank, 30g frag tank, 40g qt. Gee, maybe I better go back in and measure my fish room again. Do I really want more water in the fish room than in the display? Also, does anyone have any 3/4" acrylic "rubble" around which I could practice drilling on?
Thanks for any links and info.
Jack
