Need an IceCap Ballast for 250 watt MH ASAP!!

If you have an icecap ballast for a 250 watt mh let me know asap. Mine went out and I can tell the corals aren't liken it. I'm 5 mins from barrier reef and can pick up.. Can pay or trade but something as soon as possible. Thanks

Sorry no help here but why not just get another ballast, there are so many out there as long as it is rated 250W it should work fine?

Any ballast would work I just had an icecap so I thought if anyone had the same one.. Either way if anyone has one for a 250 watt let me know.

Galaxy ballasts are not comparable to Icecap. I saw a visual difference in color burning Radium 250w bulbs. I ended up going all galaxy because the appearance was better and one year later my corals looked better also.
I did not see a difference in colors though with the icecap ballast and the Coralvue HID ballast. Both sides of the tank were equal in color wearing polarized glasses.
I would recommend the Coralvue ballast any day for a 250w setup.
Not what your looking for but maybe this info will help.
Some of our sponsors have icecap ballast in stock BTW. I just checked.

Your corals will be ok for 4 or 5 days without light if it comes to that. Or, so say some of our experts in a different ballast disaster thread.
