Need an identification please.

Can any one id these for me. Not sure if I should be killing them or helping them grow.

Im very tempted to say Ball Anemone but the actinics are deceiving could be lowlife majano's, close up pics and white lights maybe will help?

Pretty sure it is the strawberry anemone. Thanks! How are they bad or good?

well according to this article, they eat copepods and invertebrate larvae.

"Strawberry Anemone," Actinia species, are mostly a cold water species, that are sometimes found in reef tanks. They're usually colonial and can sting corals that they grow near.

"Ball Anemone," Pseudocorynactis species, come from both cold and tropical waters. In tropical waters, they're known to eat fish.

positive Id may not be possible for a few months as the Ball and Strawberry are nearly identical at that size
