Need help modifyng Hood

I am looking for some one who is good with wood to help us modify our current hood so that my lights will fit under it. We would be willing to pay for supplies and your help! We just dont have the supplies or knowlage to do it ourself.

We would also like to make the stand taller if possible.

Again we are willing to pay for your help. We just really cant do it ourselves lol.
