Need help with ballast refit

Hello everyone, I have a older Nova extreme 8 x 54 watt light unit which they do not make anymore and they also no longer make the ballast for it, yea for me. So now I need a ballast solution. what was in there was # t5120-254HO ballast. Im not sure what I can replace it with. can anyone help. I have one ballast completely dead.
