I just got my RO/DI from http://www.aquariumwaterfilters.com/index.html and I'm not sure about a few things.

How do I flush it? Do I just let it run for out of the valve that my hand is on for awhile that is after the carbine and sediment stages?

Plus one othere thing. I'm making the unit removable so when I'm done I can remove everything away from the sink that I'm going to be using. So by doing this, do I add valves to the end of waste water, filter water, and the tap water line? So when I done all the water is traped in the unit. Than When I use it again I just flush the traped water out befor making more RO/DI again.

Or do I have this completey wrong.

If someone could explain this to me it would help out alot
Thanks
Ben

Thats how you flush it cronic. I would look to John guest fittings for easy removal (they have valves to). On the water that is in it I would say draining it would be a better idea prior, then to allow the water to sit in thier for a long time.
