Hey everyone!! Just your weekly reminder of chat tonight!

We are making one change....time of chat. We are going to begin chat at 6:30 pacific/8:30 central/9:30 eastern, in order for West Coasters to be able to get home from work.

Yes and I have Mirc on my Puter but get lost trying to figure it out. Got to be an easier way. Im sure its turning a lot of people off this chat. thing.I really want to get in but not with the aggrvation

Have you logged on and then put in your password?

you have to type /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password (change the password to the password that you registered to MIRC with).

Once you are logged in, hit "commands" and then "join channel" and in the box put in #reeffrontiers

I dont use a pass word, Im registered thru digital addiction and frag. I canget into there chat.

You have to be registered with MIRC to use RF's chat. It is not a javachat.

With all the struggles, perhaps we should look into a java chat portal to link to our irc chat. Though this can be somewhat of a hastle to monitor, I would much rather put in a little more effort to keep out chat running smoothly, than find out that any of you could not make it simply because we are not providing you with an easy means to access the chatroom. I will kick the idea around and see if I can't harass Chuck about it a little.

I agree - this would have to be discussed. I'm not a fan of the java portal anymore.
