So I did an online order (was my mom's present for my birthday) and went out yesterday with some christmas money and got an SPS also (the acro that looks like a birds nest).

Tanks looking good, that acro thats brown with green polyps should color up more if you keep up on big weekly water changes, and skim like mad.

That one's a tort snowboarda, and thank you on the aquascaping! believe it or not i dropped the rocks in when the tank was still cloudy and tried to organize a little and havent changed since!

nice looking tank!!!! how long have you had that small blue tang?? i never had any success with the tiny ones until now... i bought 2 tiny ones and they are fat and healthy now

I just bought it for 10$, it's smaller than the size of my clownfish but is so cute! It will be a while before it gets big enough to outgrow my tank but i have homes willing to take it long before that ever gets a problem

I don't know what it is about the real small Blue Tangs. It's so hard to keep them alive. They seem to be much more susceptible to disease than larger specimens....especially in a fish that's so notorious for Ich, it's not a question of if...but when.

the only tiny ones i have ever bought were sick and extremely underfed.. i bought them to try to heal them.. these last 2 tiny ones are the first surviving tiny hippo's.. they had ich and were malnourished.. i have had them for a few months now and they are doing just fine
