New fish acclimated it's self

I had a new six line wrasse floating in my tank wuth the top of the bag rolled down to float it and I use a turkey baster to remove water and put tank water in the bag . It had only been floating for about 15 minutes and I jst started to put my second addition of tank water into the bag when the fish jumped right out of the bag and into the tank and then swam around for a bit, then hid behind a rock. I guess it couldn't wait.

Well the fish is doing good out swimming around and eatting.
