i dont have much info on a mata(species name) tang, but the genus is Acanthurus. i'm sure you can google something up on it though......ive have seen them called elongate tangs before and they top out at about 18". body shape is reminicent of a dussimer tang.

Are those just the large snails that look/act like nassarius? How much are they? And are they in any cleaner crew kit or something similar? Thanks.
 
The tang is cool as far as unique shape but it was a juvenile and pretty much just had a dark body with faint horizontal lines. It is actually going to be in the store until sometime tomorrow or friday when its new owner is going to pick it up. Look for pics down the road from "bricky" here on RF.

Yes these are the large sand snails that act like Nassarius. They are 2.99 each or 10 for $20. You can also combine them with other critters in either of our cleaner packs to get the discounted price.

On a seperate note. I just unpacked the Tonga Branch rock and some of the pieces are unusually thick. There are also a couple XL branches. 18-20" long with each branch being about 3" diameter. Nice!
