So I'm just getting back into this hobby after almost 13 years. LED lights are new to me and I was given a 14" LED aqua light. It has actinic, white ,and red/green. Each on a dif dial. What percent should I rune this light at? I'm not sure the wattage and I have a 20gal tall tank.

Without knowing anything about the lights, it's pretty tough to give accurate recommendations.

Honestly I don't know about them either. Got them from a friend who used them and his corals did great. Just says LED aqua light. He didn't know the specs.

Post a photo of the light and the power supply. I use a par meter and it makes life more definite for me, but I dont know the par in my 15 gal bio cube and corals are growing there. Start them out low and see if they work for you. I have been surprised at how little light some corals LPS and SPS need.

This is a 30*3w 14" fixture. Has dial knobs on side. One for the actinics, one for the white and one fire the UV/green and red.
I've been running actinics on 80 and white on 20. I don't use the others at all. Just running 8 hours a day
