New Tank Weight

I am moving in one month and setting up a 150 gallon with 50 gallon sump. I was curious to know if people ever worry about putting 200 gallon(8lbs/gallon) in their living room if their living room is not on the bottem floor of their house. The house was built in 2000, so it is not an old house. Any thoughts?

Welcome to RF anzaw! I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it is a really weak floor, but I personally don't see why it would be that weak that it couldn't hold it. Hope you enjoy it here

Check out this article. It is what I read when I setup my 125g with a 55g sump. My system weighs almost 1500 lbs so.
