NW Breeders?

Does anyone know if there's any sort of breeders organization in the Northwest? I'm looking to get more hands-on experience in this field and would love to volunteer my time at any sort of breeding facility. With news reports of oil spills spreading across the Atlantic, I feel that hobbyist breeding is one of the few options we have to support the hobby and help the reefs!
