Old style Koralia 4 question

A couple of months ago I picked 2 old style K4s from one of the members. 3 days ago one of them was making a horrible noise. When I pulled it out there was no place for the end of the shaft to go. Anyone have an idea what is suppose to be at the nose for the shaft to go into? It has a small hole so I am thinking there must have been a bearing or something.

Well the shaft is stationary. the magnet will rotate around it. the plastic cover has a hole in the center of it for the shaft to fit into.
What might be causing it, is the magnet is not lined up. there is a small spacer that fits on the end of the impeller magnet. If thats missing, they motor magnet and the impeller magnet may not be lined up and causing the impeller to lunge out and hit the front of the cover or just vibrate real bad.

I have contacted Koralia for other parts. I would bet they would have those and you cold get some from them.
