I see Washington as the sleeping reef community. Here in Washington we have some of the industrys most knowledgeable people and some of the most amazing tanks in the country. I think it would be really cool to have a page dedicated to Washington reefers who make waves in the industry, featured in magazines, blog posts, tanks of the month, anything that has to do with Washington reefers making noise. Hard species to breed I've seen this in Washington. It seems California is the hub of all reefing. Why? Anyway I want to say I love my community. You can get a top of the line glass tank from oceans by design, you can allso get a completely custom Skimmer! Barrier reef aquariums has more coral species than some of the online retailers. We have some dedicated people. Thank you.

There must be some way to get our knowledgeable people more notoriety on a national level.
Is it possible to sponsor a rep from Wash. to go to the large Reef Convention??
How would these reps present Wash. to make it profitable to travel to the conventions??

We don't necessarily need to go to a conference. We have members spotlighted all the time in other places. We need. To bring the spotlight back to our community.

LOL our local company's sponsor that event for the hobbyist!!! Such a big BBQ last year over 45 people! I bet it. Gets close to 100 this year.
