Phosban Reactor Question

I'm going to try one on my 37g to help control the algae outbreak I have. I have 2 questions: How much Rowaphos should I use on 37g and what size and brand pump should I use with the reactor?

Any cheap pump will work. You need a low flow ~80 gph.

you should get a Maxijet 400 for your phosban they work good.

hmm i'm not sure how much you're suppose to use, but for your tank i dont' think you need a lot.

Just start slow. I'd use 1/3 of what the instructions say then maybe add more every couple of weeks. After youve hit the full dose for awhile its ok just to swap out the whole thing.

I've never used rowaphos before (I use TLF phosban reactor with Julian Sprungs media) but you want the flow really slow. I use the maxijet like Gabby posted (106 gph) and the ball valve on it is closed quite a bit. You want very little flow so as to not disturb the media too much (well that is for the media I use, not sure if it is the same with rowaphos) Not sure if I helped any Becky, but hopefully
