picture size

when I go to upload my pictures into my gallery it says they are to big.how do you make them smaller to fit

I usually open the picture in microsoft paint and re-size it there and then re-save the smaller pic to upload here

here is a program to resize pics......it took me 3 seconds to download it ...look on the right hand side of the page..you are looking for the " image resizer" program

image resizer works great it is what I use. After you install it select the photos you want to resize and right click with your mouse and select resize pictures.
