hi guys need a little help plzz, i just want to know whats the easiest way to install an ro unit. saddle valve? or the tap system? also could i fill the tank with water stright from the ro unit tube or do i have to fill it in a pvc bin first.
just want to know which is easiest. thanks guys :)

Filling directly to the tank with out a float shut off valve is a invitaiton to disaster. IMO. I used a threaded T valve to hook up my ro unit. Got it a lowes. Didnt like the idea of piercing a line. I use a 44 gallon brute trash can by rubbermaid. If you decide to use a poly container make sure it is food safe. Like the brute. Some of the other trash cans and square rubbermaids and such are not food safe and leach out chemicals into your freshly made universal solvent. HTH Steve

Gotta agree with Steve and the goat! :D Until you have a float valve, top off by hand. I've heard alot of horror stories and don't want you to be one of them!!!
I come right off my basement shower into the RO/DI unit. It fills up a 100 gallon food safe poly container. I have found that the colored garbage cans are not food safe, and they do leach contaminents into the water. Stick with the "brute" or a food safe poly container!! HTH
