Post reading troubble

Hey all I am having problems viewing new posts. When I click the "new post" button in the searchbar line it is different then when I click the "new post" button in the box in the upper right corner of the RF homepage. Also the new posts are not comming up on the regular post list on homepage. I get this with either IE or Firefox browser. Just trying to figure out if the problem is on my end or maybe the site? I have cleared cookies and files in browser and also signed out to clear cookies from site. Any help appreciated.

I have been working on the new post links and the home page. I may not have captured all of the new post links however. I am trying to target a bit better which forums new posts are captured from. That is probably what you are experiencing.
