Power Compact Wiring

Hey all,
Does anyone have any experience with pc wiring. My old CSL endcap wore out. I tried hard wiring the bulb. Funny thing is, it worked for about six months... till it caught on fire (thought it would have been sooner). So I ordered the rubber type endcap. Now I'm sitting here trying all of the wire combos and to no success. I can't seem to find the wiring diagram anywhere for the workhorse4 ballast. If anyone could help I would appriciate it. By the way, just stumbled into this site a few days ago. Hours and hours of great threads. You folks rock.
