powerheads?

has anyone here ever used JBJ powerheads, a friend of mine uses them and swears by them, he says they're just as good as maxijets, if not better, He told me to go buy a JBJ 2500 for my 55 gallon, it's dual output and pumps 530gph, does anyone have any input on this brand of powerheads?

I've run this same power head, the JBJ 2500 for about 2-3 months now......very nice, pretty quiet, and the dual output is great for lots of flow in my 135 gallon reef. I think I paid $36 for them, good deal for a dual output high flow pump, or it comes with a single output too.

Do a search on them, as I posted some pictures of it a while back.

I will only use JBJ pumps, i replaced my rios with them and they stop and start on timers unlike the rio crap ass pumps. But now that ive seen the oceansmotions 8 way pump, i cant think of anything else till i get my hands on one of these babies, if anyone has picked one up, hook us up with the info on if its worth the serious plumbimg job it intails.
