I need to cut a soft coral and move him to another place in the tank so it doesn't sting a big leather. Just cut the coral and glue him with super glue to another rock?

Yes, you have to tell the type of coral or provide a picture (both would be great). Some softies you can cut off the stalks. Some need to be propagated with their mat. Some do good with glue. Some don't.

u will need scissor live rock and sum rubber bands or a neddle and string just cut the coral from where u want to the take it and losley rubber band it to the rock or u could sew it with needle and fishing line then tie it of losley
