So I want to get back into the community, I used to be involved in PSAS, who is coordinating meetings, bob moore frag swaps etc? Is there a new organization? Do I need to go to portland for pnwmas? I'm in Bellingham.

PSAS is gone, no one supported it.
SPCDA took over the Bob Moore. I regularly drive across state to be with a group of folks that understands community. Something that has been lacking in this area for as long as I've been around. http://bobmooreswap.com/ for the swap http://spcdareefs.org/ for info about the club.
