I am testing my new setup with the iwaki LRT100 for returning pump. The intake line from the sump is solid water flow but don't know why micro bubbles are come out from the return head. Anyone has that experience and how to fix that? Thanks.

Sounds like your plumbing, somewhere on the output side, isn't quite tight enough and is allowing air into the circuit. Any plumbing fittings that are outside of water, need to be checked. They are the only way that air could be getting into the system, creating micro bubbles.

Very good point, Mike. I checked my union parts and looks like they are not tight sealed. Will do more water seal tape. Let you know... Thanks Mike :)
