Puzzled by little clear sacks

I can't seem to figure out what these little clear sack are. They are on the glass of my tank. They are shaped like oval bugs but they dont swim. They only sway back and forth in the water on the glass. Any idea what this could be?

But i dont have any snails? I have pj cardinal, clearner shrimp, few pieces of live rock and just add a six line wrasse today to help with the bugs (copepods), and brisleworms. Thats it, i only have a 30 gallon tank.

aptasia babies, do they have anything comming out of the them, tenticles, anything?
