Quality Frozen Foods(phosphate free)

Hello I have looked all over in the Seattle area anyways. I am looking for quality foods that do not contain phosphates and nitrates. bought some bio-pure mysis shrimp and right in the ingrediants it says some sort of phosphates. Is there anywhere to get phosphate free foods?

P is in the stuff used to preserve seafood. It starts on the boat so your probably out of luck. If you make blender mush just thaw it in rodi water and pour through a net. The rodi water is like a magnet for P.

Yup, hard to find seafood without phoshpates though you might try looking at natural food markets. Or catching your own.
