Question About Carbon and Phosphate Reactor?

I have a 2 fishes reactor i had a leak and have not had it running for 2 days while i fixed it. I had just replaces the media with new carbon and phosphate remover. Will it be a problem if its been sitting with in the reactor with water from the tank. Or can i just fire it back up no big deal?

Rinse out the stagnant contents from the granuals once by pumping out of a bucket of water it in the sink for a bit, and then fire it back up
