is this normal for an anemone to do?

its totally "deflated". ive never seen it do this. and ive had it for about 3-4 mo. i spot feed krill 2-3x a week.
 
I'm no expert but my green bt does this once in a while. But mine actually looks much worse! I believe it is expelling waste. Once it's done, it reinflates back to original.
 
They will do that from time to time. What they are doing is exchanging water that is in there bodys. Its nothing to worry about its just something they do. I have them where they will go down to almost nothing at all just a little orange spot on the rock then the next day they are full and back to normal.
