re sump questions

im in a 55 gallon tall tank now im going to here in next few day to week be bringin on line a 125 gallon tank and i got a 29 gallon tank that i plan to use as a um tank some one eraller when i was asking abefore a few questons on going to 125 gallon tank said i should use my old 55 gallon whell it wont fit in the stand the 28 bearly fits in there any one got some good drawings of a sump lay out or picture or ideas for a sump desing

Here's some pics of a 29 that I turned into a sump/fuge. Ignore the bulkhead you see in the back. The right hand section was where my tank drains and holds my skimmer. Center area is refugium and left hand area is my return pump.
The center piece of glass in each baffle set is held off the bottom of the glass about an inch. When I re-do this set up, I'll hold the center glass up about 2" and space each piece of glass out a little more. Probably 1 1/2".
