Recommendations for Seattle area attorney (accidents, insurance, etc)

Can anyone in the Seattle area recommend a good lawyer who specializes in traffic accidents? Long story short: someone hit me a few months ago and his insurance company is refusing to pay all my expenses. So I don't really know if I need someone who specializes in insurance or someone who chases ambulances or what.

I hate to just open the phonebook. A good lawyer is hard to come by.
