Hey all,
I did a little tank reconstruction and ended up moving my red chalice. Albeit a little rough handling, it started to release some slime. This was not a new experience, so I figured that it would just subside in a few hours. This morning I woke up to a cloudy tank with dead sps and melting lps. I'm running carbon and some extra filters right now and already performed about a 90% water change, but it's still sliming! Has anyone had experience with this? I have never read anything on chalices exploding like this. I'm wondering if it will continue to slime until it has no more body mass to stay alive, as it is quickly shriveling into its own skeleton.
