red slime algae

well after a weekend of camping i come home to fined a think coat of red slime in one corner of my tank on my substrate im betting its slime algae. so my question is any easy/good ways to get rid of it?.. im goin to suck whats there off the substrate and do a small water chainge later tonight.. depending on the ancwers i get here :shock::confused::(
 
tanks been up 8-9 mo now was picked up used and had been up and running for a year at that point.. its a 75g sea clear II i have built in sump set up as a refugum aprox 700gph on that plus 2 k2s at about 600 gph each the ref sprays out behind the rocks from a spray bar one of the k2s is set low along the bottem of the tank and the other is set high pushing to the corner that the overflow is at
