Red Worm Thingy?

Noticed this guy when I go home today. No idea what it is...the black thing is an empty shell.

I'm going for a Spaggetti Worm due to the feeds on the black thingy.

If it is a spaghetti worm is it something to worry about?

If it is no there not dangerous also good detritus eaters but can irritate Zoas somewhat. I have a tank full and my sandbed I'd always clean. That's if it's a Spagetti Worm

Ha! Yep, bought a detrivore kit from Indo-Pacific Sea Farms - that was one of the items. Not sure I have any left, though, haven't seen them in a while.

I can't tell if the little hairs by it are algae or tentacles. The body shape and color is unlike most Terebellidae and resembles a bristle worm.
