So I was thinking about looking into the cost of printing 100- 200 calenders at Kinko's. We could take pictures of members tanks and have them made up if its not too expensive. Then sell them and donate the profits to a foundation like Worldvision? Anyone else got any ideas? Or be interested in doing something like that?

I think it is a great idea to help in the relief effort. As a matter of fact I have already donated money to the American Red Cross and my company (my day job) matched dollar for dollar what I donated. That was pretty nice.

Personally I would love to see all of the money go to the relief fund. A calendar would cost money to produce and would diminish what could be donated.

Here are a lot of organizations that could sure use a monetary donation:

I think it is great what you want to do Brett, maybe continue on from a pure monetary donation basis so that the relief can get the maximum out of our donations?

You can also check out give.org

They have all sorts of data on charitable organizations. I donated to World Emergency Relief.
