regal angel

i have a 125gl reef tank. my 7in. regal angel comes out to see what the other fish are eating at feeding times. i have only saw him eat orange frilly sponge. he looks healthy, and stays out most of the day. does any one have any sponges from the red sea erea? any help will be appreciated. thanks

Read up on stickied threads in the Marine Fish Forum w/ Lee Birch. He's got some good suggestions there. On his advice, I tried blanching broccoli (wilting by cooking on high heat in a fying pan), which my Regal took to very well.
