remote control hoist

I'm looking for a remote control hoist which I'll locate over my 330. Capacity must be 150-200 lbs. Overhead location was wired and switched when I built the house.. Any ideas?

What about a garage door opener. It may beable to be used in the cieling betweent he joist. Hidden by the drywall. You may even beable to use a rope pully system rather than chain.
