Removing mushrooms

What is the best way to remove mushrooms from rock?

I don't have direct experience, but I've heard you can smear a kalk paste on them...supposed to be pretty effective.

I don't want to kill them just relocate.

I take a chisel and chip off a small piece of the rock they are on.
