Depends on your status, the bad reps are for premium members when we get that going again but not just yet sorry. New members can receive reps but not give any until they meet the 30 day criteria! Regular members can give reps, maybe we can make it some fun later on!
I have too much on th back end to do before I can initiate these cool features but I'm working on it!
