Hello Everyone.
I got 12 Ricordia on an awsome rock and they have been doing great till two days ago when the lowest one on the rock just started to slime away. Now today the one closest to the one that disintergrated is starting this awful process. The slime is clear almost all the way through then brownish on the side touching the rocks. It looks like his little green tips are floating off to try and infect the rest.
This is in my 55 gal which has been doing great for over a year now. All readings are where they should be and lighting is 200w. My zoos and xenia are speading and looking great. The rest of the Ric's look very healthy as well. Is this something eating them? Or some sort of bactiria?
Please help me save these guys.

Thanks

3 days now and no further spread of the slime death.
Cutting and removing the infected one seemed to have stoppred it.
