RO/DI filter system

I planning on purchasing a ro/di filter system but not really sure what's the recommended stage of filtration. I'm also on a budget, so any suggestions will really be helpful.

what i was wondering if a four stage filter system is sufficient enough or does it need to be a 5 or 6 stage.

In general a 4 stage should give you a 0 TDS, but it would also depends what you TDS reading is before you filter, also if it is city or well water.
