so i got this unit for xmas http://www.purewaterclub.com/ its the six stage 0ppm unit. i have everything hooked up and hardly any water. nothing more than a little dripple. i checked the pressure of the house and im at 60psi right where i suppose to be. after troubleshooting the unit works great with no ro membrane in it. as soon as the ro membrane goes in its stops working. Do ro membranes go bad? or could i have just gotten a bad unit. any idea?

Saturation takes a long while, (Hours) let the unit run with the RO membrane for several hours & it will get better.

okay so the ro unit has been running for just over 4 hours now and still no real improvement. should it be this long

the amount of water that comes out should not be alot. 75 gpd means the unit produces 75 gallons of ro water in a day so the amount of water coming out versus going in is very little

It will take about 10 hours to fully saturate a new membrane if I remember correctly & at that point it won't be a steady stream as mentioned.

wow that long huh, they should really add that to the instruction manual. is it common for a more water to come out the waste water outlet than the pure water outlet?
