Hey All..

I have two RO/DI systems, and want to plumb them together to increase my output, and number of stages..

I figure.. 5 micron sediment, 5 micron sediment, 5 micron carbon block filter, 1 micron sediment filter, both ro/di's, DI, DI then output..

I get piping the 5-5-5-1- but to split to the RO/DI's... do I just split it there and feed them both in parallel, both take an input, have their own flow restrictors, and exit waste or in series input ro1, output to flow and output, waste to ro2, output to flow and output to waste? I want to reduce the waste water, and still have the ability to bypass to clean the ro's..

Then they both T in to go to the DI units... and actual output..

Thoughts?

Where do I pick up the drinking water after DI?

Run the Reverse osmosis membrane waste output from one to the input of the other & you'll have to change the restricter also. Look up www.thefilterguys.biz for parts & diagrams, all of the documents & information is on the site.

settings for this model is very important ...

slight change in inflow of single stage will will lead water quality/wastage

taste of water changes with these settings....
