Its mostly considered a magnesium supplement. There is a whole thead here on RF about raising your magnesium to 1500-1600 and it will kill bryopsis with minimal to no side effects. Tech-M seems to be working the best and people are wondering if its some of the other ingredients in it that attributeto the higher success rates.
