Need some advice/help. I run a BRS 6 stage RODI. In order of flow, 5m sedi, 1m sedi, MATRIKX CTO 5 Micron Carbon Block, MATRIKX CTO 0.6 Carbon Block, RO Membrane, 2 DI Canisters with color changing resin. Need to do 30gal water change, due to my back injury tank has been neglected. Turned on mix tank and 6 hours later had a gallon. Turns out my .6 micron is clogged. Questions..
1) Can I run without the .6 carbon block without effecting water quality?
2) Is there an effective method of cleaning these filters to make them usable in emergency.
3) Anyone have a spare .6 mic I can buy or borrow till I get an order from BRS.
4) Any local LFS carry .6 mic? My experience with this has been no they do not.

Thanks all. For those that know me personally and have asked, the back is still horrible, pain when standing is unbearable, have steroid shot Wednesday. Praying it works..

I don't have a .6 carbon block on my 4 stage, so you should be fine without it.

Might consider having a friend back-flush the system too
