RV Camping, in the Seattle area

Well, we finally purchased a travel trailer, after shopping around for a couple of years! We're planning our first outting, March 19th-22nd, in the Seattle area, for the PSAS meeting at Barrier Reef. I need to figure out WHERE!! So, I'm asking for advice on RV Camping facilities, within 30ish miles of Barrier Reef. We do not belong to any "camping clubs" so none of the private RV sites are an option.

So far, the only place that comes to mind is the Saltwater State Park, outside Des Moines, but I'm not sure if that's a year around location for RVs or not, and if not, if it'll be open yet. Any other ideas?

Hey Michael, thats a fine place as is Dash Point State Park just SW of Federal Way. Shoot Duane (trido) a pm to see if he has other suggestions.

Actually, I had thought about Dash Point as well. Well, I have a couple of weeks to make a decision, so keep the ideas coming!

We'll be staying at Dash Point. We'd originally planned to stay at the Saltwater State Park but they don't open until May 15th.
