Hello all! Hope everyone had a great Christmas and new year.

As most of you know I have had a 500 gallon system at work. Well over the past 6 years I have never had a system at home until now. Eric at http://www.veralteaquatics.com/ helped me plumb a new 225 gallon system.

I turned out awesome!!! Thank you Eric. You do great work at very reasonable prices. I like the fact that Eric perfects his plumbing work like no other. He has ideas that I would have never thought of! And trust me I have had a lot of ideas. So again Eric, thank you. If anyone needs some help I typically don't recommend anyone but I have now changed my stance on that! Give him a shout, you will be happy that you did.

Anyway, the system has 4 wavy sea's that bring wonderful currents to everywhere in the tank. The tank lighting consists of "4" 400 watt radium bulbs on a blueline ballast. It also has "4" 36inch blue actinic bulbs! Great color even though the picuters dont give it justice!

I also want to give props to Barrier Reef for always being there for me! They have always been competetive with their prices!!! And I like that! Sorry for beating you guys up so much. I guess it is in my nature. lol :) Anyway, Tim and Si are two of the nicest people you could buy from! Their knowledge and understanding of this hobby is truly the best in town. In fact, they have the best sps and lps store in town!!! Bar none! Again, thank you to the both of you for having a great selection of sps and lps for us reef junkies at a good price.

Also a special thank you goes out to Mark, Paul, and Mikey for helping me with the rock, water, and skimmer. :D

Here are some pictures of the system.

P.S. As some of you know I had some issues with my 500 gallon system. Jason and Eric are currently building me a 700 gallon system for the office! should be done by the end of February. Very excited about it and will post some pictures for you all! Eric will be doing all of the plumbing on the project along with the electrical and lighting! The light hood is going to be on a electric hoist! Pretty cool stuff! A new woodworking job and Metal stand is also on the works!

Anyway enough of talkie! Pictures are on there way!!

No need to say anything about the tank itself - those pictures say it all.

However, the second picture deserves comment:

The two most important features (IMO) in tank plumbing are valves and unions. Any you've got lots! :)

Great job!
