sandsifting starfish?

i want to get one to help stir up the substrate in my refuge and then move him into my main tank. It a 30g and i have read that they need like a 100g is that true? What else would be an option to help keep the sand stirred up?

Small sand sifting goby would be great, you can feed it as needed

Mostly the beneficial micro-fauna that many people rely upon if they are keeping a deep sand that they want to function properly for years. Many of them will take prepared foods but will prey upon the micro-fauna first
