I have a 90 gallon tank that i bought used (not sure how long before me) that has been set up now in my house for about 3 years and am wondering what the life span of the seals on a tank are. I dont have any leaks or anything but should these last for 10, 20, 30 years or what. I have been kicking the idea of getting a new tanks that is RR and has a stand that fits my sump and skimmer underneath anyways but i dont want to throw away a perfectly good tank either.
Thanks,
Erik

The seals are good for at least 3 years Erik so you're all set.....jk ;)...I don't know if there is a rated "lifespan" but I know people who have had glass tanks for decades with no trouble at all......

Unless something actually messes with it or constantly move it, the silicone should last at least 30 years:)
